What We Keep When You Write

This is a working portfolio, not a platform. It collects the minimum: the details of your inquiry — and nothing it does not need.

01

What we collect

One form, on the contact page. When you submit it, we store exactly five things: your name, your email address, the work domain you picked, the budget bracket you picked (including any custom figure you type), and the brief you write. Nothing else — no IP logs, no device data, no location.

02

Where it lives

In a private database hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL), in the United States, behind row-level security. The public site is a read-only window into it; the form is the only write path, and the private admin console the only reader.

03

How it is used

To reply to your inquiry — personally, and directly. If a notification e-mail service (Resend) is enabled on the account, your name and brief are forwarded to the owner's own mailbox so the reply is prompt. That is the full extent of processing: no marketing lists, no newsletters, no retargeting, and no selling or sharing of any kind.

04

Retention & deletion

Inquiries stay in the private console until the owner deletes them. Email a request via the inquiry form and the entry is deleted on confirmation — there is no retention schedule to wait out, because there is no other use to justify keeping it.

05

Cookies & tracking

None. The site sets no cookies of any kind and runs no analytics. The only storage is a theme preference (dark / light) kept in your own browser's local storage — it never leaves your device.

06

Your rights

You may ask what we hold on you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Use the inquiry form — the reply comes from the same person who reads the brief. If you are in the EU/EEA and we have not answered a deletion request, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

07

Changes

If this policy ever changes in a way that matters, the contact page will say so. This page reflects the site as it is built: one form, one database, one reader.
