One Architect. No Account Layer. No Handoffs.
Technē Khalade is a one-architect practice. No account layer, no handoffs, no telephone game: the person who scopes your commission is the person who builds it.
We take a small number of engagements a year — digital systems, identities, and autonomous integrations — and treat each as a piece of permanent work rather than a deliverable. Clients remain private by default; the work shown here is shared with permission.
The Principal
Founder — Principal Architect
Every commission is led end-to-end by the principal architect — from the first brief to post-launch stewardship. Deep roots in fintech, luxury retail, and autonomous systems, and a standing rule: nothing ships until it would survive the client’s best engineer reviewing it at two in the morning.
How Work Is Made
- 01 / Discovery
Two weeks of structured interrogation: objectives, constraints, audiences, and the one thing the work must make possible. It ends as a written brief both parties sign.
- 02 / Architecture
System design before pixels — information, data, and delivery topology decided first, so nothing downstream has to apologise for a decision made in a call.
- 03 / Fabrication
The build. Machined, tested, documented — with performance and accessibility budgets enforced from the first commit to the last, not retrofitted.
- 04 / Handover
You own everything: source, infrastructure, documentation, and the right to outgrow us. We stay on call for what needs a steady hand.
